Total proposed new GFA is 3,301 m2 (35,538 sq. ft.). Total proposed GFA is 7,889 m2 (84,919 sq. ft.). 70 parking spaces are proposed, and 2 loading spaces. A new site entrance is proposed from Milliken Boulevard.
